Logis - Hôtel et Restaurant Le Sofhotel

The parking area at the rear of the hotel was crowded but we were guided to a parking site fairly near our room. Next morning there were still a lot of cars parked and this was reflected in the number of people at breakfast. The staff did a good job rushing around refilling food and drink, which disappeared quickly. The entire staff, starting with the man who checked us in and showed us to our parking, were pleasant and helpful.

It is a family run hotel and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. They were quick to get back to me by email. The hotel is right on the Avenue Verte (London to Paris) and they locked our bikes in a garage safely overnight, and charged my e-bike. They cooked us a lovely vegetarian curry for dinner and filled our water bottles with cold bottled water. There are a few tables outside to have a drink in the sunshine or shade, as well as a dining room and small bar at the reception area. The rooms were hot when we stayed but they provided an extra fan. It was worth paying a little extra for the family room, as we had 2 double beds in essentially 2 separate rooms, so we were very comfortable.

Comfy beds and the shower was amazing! Linked but separate rooms for children / adults. Really friendly owners. Made the effort to say hi, chat to us and make us feel welcome. Enjoyed watching the Olympics with you so thank you!

we booked after 8pm, welcomed with smiles and a good choice of food after 9pm (served until 10 pm), perfect for a long journey. Quiet location, private parking, clean good size room with very comfortable bed, plenty of breakfast to start our day. Excellent hosts, hope to stay again.

The helpfulness of the owner. The room was well sized and quiet. There was a well stocked bar and a good menu. It was also right on our route, The Avenue Verte. A garage was used to store the bikes.
